I used 5 amazing AI tools to create a video with a human-like presenter:
- Leonardo AI for generating the AI Avatar image,
- HeyGen for animating the avatar image,
- Murf AI for generating human-like AI voiceover,
- ChatGPT for converting my draft into a polished video script, and
- VidIQ for generating an SEO-optimized video title, description and tags.
These cutting-edge AI tools allowed me to generate a mesmerizing avatar image and bring it to life with captivating animations, all driven by AI-generated text and voiceover. Tool Number 1: Leonardo AI for Generating the AI Avatar Image
To create an AI avatar image, I used Leonardo.ai, which is the best alternative to Midjourney, in my view. This is a web app that enables image generation directly from the browser. Unlike Midjourney, it doesn’t require a Discord account for image generation, making it more user-friendly. Leonardo.ai offers full image rights to the creators even with their free plan, unlike Midjourney, which requires a $10 monthly fee for image rights.
Leonardo AI provides access to a vast database of incredible images. By exploring the works of other users, you can witness the exceptional quality of images created by Leonardo. You can click on any image and fully view the prompt used to generate that image. You can easily copy and reuse the prompts to create similar images. Leonardo AI has an LLM-powered Prompt Generation feature that helps you come up with prompt ideas. You can also train your own AI models with as few as 10-20 images.
Leonardo AI provides tools like upscaling, unzooming, and background removal in post-processing, and allows you to move your photographs to the Canvas for more precise control. Leonardo AI Canvas offers precise control over your photographs with AI-powered tools. You can refine, extend, mask, replace, and erase elements effortlessly. It allows you to regenerate and finesse specific areas of an image, achieving your desired output. With Canvas, you have ultimate control over your creations, exploring numerous possibilities and elevating your creative projects to new heights.
Similar to some other text-to-image services, Leonardo AI operates on a straightforward token system. When you use Leonardo AI, you receive an allocation of 150 tokens that replenish every 24 hours, which allows you to create about 150 images per day.
I will provide a more detailed overview of the tool’s features in a separate video, which I will include in the description.
Gain Access to Leonardo.ai
To gain access to Leonardo AI, follow these simple steps. First, visit their website and click on the ‘Get Early Access‘ button. This will prompt you to join their Discord channel. Once you’re in, head over to the ‘Priority Early Access‘ room. Look for a link that will direct you to a short form. Fill out the form with your Discord, nickname, and email information. You’ll receive an invitation to Leonardo AI within a day, but you don’t have to wait for it.
To proceed without the invitation, go back to the leonardo.ai website. In the top right corner, click on ‘Launch App‘ and then select ‘Yes, I’m whitelisted‘. Next, click on ‘Login to Leonardo AI‘ and use the email you provided in the form to log in. That’s it! You’re ready to explore Leonardo AI.
To create the AI avatar image you can write your own desired prompt in the ‘AI Image Generation’, or search and find a generated image that you like in the Community Feed and copy and reuse its prompt to create a similar image.
Next, click on the AI Image generation tab, and paste the prompt. Then select the number of images you’d like to generate, and set the image dimensions and aspect ratio. Then click on the Generate button. Then click on the image and download it to use later as our avatar image. Below is the image I generated and the prompt used:
Leonardo AI operates on a token system. You receive an allocation of 150 tokens that replenish every 12 hours. One image generation could use about 3 or 4 tokens. This means you can generate up to about 50 images per day.
Tool Number 2: HeyGen for Animating the Avatar Image
To begin, sign up for a free account on HeyGen.com. Once logged in, you can upload the avatar image we just created.
After the image is uploaded, you can start creating a video. Choose between landscape or portrait format based on your preference.
Next, you have two options for generating the talking avatar. You can either enter a text script or upload an audio file. Let me demonstrate both methods for creating the voiceover.
If you opt for the text script, HeyGen offers various voice actor options to choose from. You can preview the voice by clicking the ‘Play Script’ button. Once you’re satisfied with the voice selection, click ‘Submit’ to create the animated talking avatar video. The processing time may vary depending on the length of the text, taking a few seconds to a few minutes. And there you have it—the generated video.
Alternatively, you can generate the voiceover using another AI tool and then upload the audio file. Now, let’s move on to the next AI tool in our lineup.
